Bursting with green rockmelon, crunchy apple, lemon zest and jasmine, this Sauvignon Blanc is lively and refreshing. Juicy tropical fruit flavours carry through a finely textured palate, finishing crisp and long.

Winemaker’s Notes
Harvested from high-altitude vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, the grapes were cool-fermented in stainless steel to capture purity and freshness. A small portion aged on lees adds softness and depth. Crafted by Monowai Wines.
