A premium Nelson Sauvignon Blanc with impressive concentration, texture and length, crafted from carefully selected vineyard parcels grown on the free-draining alluvial soils of the Hope Plains.

The nose is expressive and inviting, with guava, passionfruit, grapefruit, rockmelon, kiwifruit and kaffir lime. The palate is rich and weighty, showing ripe citrus and lemongrass alongside excellent fruit intensity, lively acidity and a distinctive saline texture. Six weeks on yeast lees adds extra structure and complexity, leading to a long, juicy and flavoursome finish.

This is a more substantial, premium style of Sauvignon Blanc - vibrant and aromatic, but with the depth and mouthfeel to make it especially rewarding at the table.
