Winemaking Notes:

Harvested at peak ripeness, this Shiraz underwent fermentation on skins for 8-10 days, followed by pressing and maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American oak for 24 months. The wine then spent an additional 18 months in stainless steel to further integrate and soften its tannins, delivering a beautifully balanced structure. The natural winemaking process may result in harmless crystalline deposits, so decanting is recommended before serving.
