You’ve come to the right place with this Shiraz made from grapes sourced from De Bortolis south Australian vineyards – with a small dash of Cabernet added as well! Bursting with plum, cherries, vanilla and both sweet and savoury spices its perfect with everything from meat to pasta, to simply on its own...

Bright crimson with ruby hues. Generous layers of ripe red fruits combining with notes of mint and spice. The wine has a nice silky texture mouth-feel complimenting red berry characters with a touch of peppery spice from underlying oak and integrated tannins.

The Winemaker assessed Shiraz vineyards throughout the ripening season to select fruit that displayed berry flavour ripeness and optimum sugar/acid balance suited to the Sacred Hill blend.
