Pouring a striking honeyed yellow, this wine greets the senses with intense aromas of dried apricot, marmalade, raisins, and honey, lifted by a touch of aromatic volatility that adds to its complexity and allure.

On the palate, it’s rich, viscous, and layered, echoing the fruit-driven nose with flavours of apricot and honey, all held together by vibrant acidity that keeps the sweetness in check. Made from hand-selected grapes naturally affected by Botrytis cinerea (noble rot), this wine’s impressive depth and concentration are the result of careful vine drying and meticulous winemaking.
