Description

Pale Salmon pink in colour. Lifted tropical and rose petal aromas. Sweet, aromatic yellow fruit flavours with a crisp, spritzy finish. This Rosé Prosecco is fizzing with flavour, pop the cork and start the celebration with Zero Alcohol. 12-month shelf life.

The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Primary fermentation followed after inoculating with selected yeast strains. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperature to preserve the fruit. Fermentation lasted for 2 weeks. Post fermentation the wine was racked off the ferment lees and remained on light lees until blended. Once stabilised, they use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove the alcohol, ensuring wines maintain their delicate fruit flavours.

Pricing For 1-12 bottles, shipping is $6.99 for Auckland, $8.99 for the North Island and $11.99 for the South Island. For 13 or more bottles, shipping is $11.99 for Auckland, $14.99 for the North Island and $17.99 for the South Island.
Timing We estimate delivery to be up to 3-4 working days for urban NZ addresses, and up to 5 working days for rural delivery.
