If you’re looking for a Pinot Gris with a great balance of fruit and spice, then this is the one for you. Grapes were sourced from three different sites dotted around the Waipara Valley and then blended to create the 2023 Waipara Hills Pinot Gris. Nashi pear is most obvious on the nose, while the palate is full of apple, subtle honey, and spicy ginger. Its dry and with a good weight, the finish lasting until your next sip. Try it with aromatic dishes like Pad Thai, Kung Pao chicken or Dan Dan noodles. Drink now.
