From the winemaking team at Boekenhoutskloof, the 2021 Wolftrap White celebrates South Africa’s Cape heritage and its modern Rhône-inspired style. This blend of Viognier (39 %), Chenin Blanc (38 %), and Grenache Blanc (23 %) brings together perfume, fruit and freshness in equal measure.

Viognier adds fragrance and floral lift, Chenin brings crisp acidity and structure, and Grenache Blanc offers weight and texture. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, the wine is bright, balanced and dry — filled with notes of white peach, pear, and lemon blossom on a clean, refreshing finish.
