Gravel soils bring ripe tropical fruit, clay loams contribute fresh citrus notes, and deeper silty soils enhance the wine’s aromatic lift. The result is a beautifully balanced Sauvignon Blanc with inviting passionfruit and tropical aromas, a fresh, vibrant palate and a clean, lingering finish.

The fruit was gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve its purity and freshness. A period of ageing on yeast lees adds extra texture and complexity without losing the wine’s bright, fruit-forward character.
