Need some bubbles that won’t break the bank? This Spanish sparkling could be just the ticket. Provetto Brut is a delicious sparkling wine made from selected grapes that have been handpicked on hot sunny days.

Vineyards in Castilla-La Mancha, a famous wine region which lies just east of Madrid, were chosen for their ability to produce grapes that are full of varietal flavor. Viura and Airen, two grapes indigenous to the region make up this blend and the result is a light and fruity bubbles, great for a crowd. Serve alongside charcuterie and soft cheese as an aperitif, or over a long, lazy lunch with friends.

The area of Castilla-La Mancha, located in the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula, is the world’s largest vineyard. Varietal wines, grape juice and sangrias are produced in this vast wine region. Airen and Tempranillo are the most typical grapes from this area.
