• Autentica Tempranillo 2023 - Deep cherry red with aromas of red fruits, strawberries, and flowers, wth a fresh fruit character leads to a long, pleasant finish.
• Hihi Pinotage 2021 - is a smooth, medium-bodied wine that showcases rich blackberry flavors with a touch of licorice, all complemented by spicy French oak. Pinotage is not a common grape variety in New Zealand, but Hihi Wines has seen excellent success with it, crafting a balanced and unique expression of this varietal.
• Bajoz Barrel Aged Red 2023 - a vibrant expression of Toro’s winemaking tradition, is crafted from handpicked Tempranillo grapes. This young yet elegant wine offers a perfect balance of fruit and oak, celebrating the essence of this historic region.
