Despite a challenging growing period in 2019, this vintage exhibits superior quality and intense characteristics.

Harvested in the cool night and crushed immediately into stainless steel fermenters, the grapes undergo 7-10 days of fermentation. The wine is then matured in a mix of older French and American oak hogsheads and stainless steel tanks for 12 months. This careful process imparts a balanced complexity to the wine, preserving the vibrant fruit notes while adding a touch of oak influence.Upon pouring, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep, vibrant crimson color that's truly mesmerizing.

The nose reveals a classic warm climate Cabernet Sauvignon bouquet of rich blue fruits, blackcurrant, and plum, supported by an enticing hint of dusty cedar oak. On the palate, the wine unravels a narrative of rich blue fruits interlaced with long, fine-grained tannins, culminating in a lingering blackberry finish.
