Pask Declaration Syrah 2021

Trust your Taste

Dark fruit, cassis and black pepper lead into a savoury, elegant Hawke’s Bay Syrah. Fine tannins give it definition without making it feel oversized. Try it when you want a red with peppery character and a long finish, especially alongside a savoury dinner.

How this wine feels

This has a clear shape in the mouth, with fine tannins giving the fruit a little grip. Pepper and savoury flavours are as much a part of the experience as the dark fruit. Expect poise and length, with enough freshness to keep the finish defined.

The sliders show how strongly each characteristic comes through. Higher does not mean better.
