Using ripe Californian Chardonnay fruit, it’s entirely barrel fermented then aged in American oak barrels. “This 2022 Chardonnay isn’t the oak-bomb style of ten years ago. Instead, it strikes the perfect balance between richness and elegance.” say the guys and girls behind the Pacificana label.

If you’re a fan of the Californian style there’s heaps to love about this – it’s Californian through and through, including the famous Californian grizzly bear on the label.
