Pale straw with flashes of green. Palate shows restraint with a nougat and creamy elegance. Subtle flavours along with the typical Adelaide Hills acid line bring freshness and length. Quintessential Adelaide Hills with white nectarine, lemon curd and hazelnut aromas, and underlying mineral characters in the background.
