The 2025 growing season delivered fruit of exceptional purity and concentration. Warm summer days and cool evenings allowed flavour to build slowly while retaining freshness, and careful harvest timing helped capture strong varietal expression.
Fruit from selected Marlborough vineyards is harvested cool, then fermented in stainless steel and left on fine lees to build palate texture while preserving freshness.
