Welcome to the world of Luna Estate Pinot Noir 2022, where every sip is a journey through the lush vineyards of Martinborough. This family-owned winery has been crafting exceptional wines for generations, and their Pinot Noir is no exception.
At Luna Estate, the winemaking process is steeped in tradition, with a focus on sustainability and quality. The grapes are carefully handpicked and sorted, ensuring only the finest fruit makes it into the wine. The result is a Pinot Noir that is bursting with flavour and character, with a deep ruby/burgundy colour that is sure to catch your eye.
The nose is a symphony of dark cherries, baked plum, violets, lavender and silty earth, all perfectly balanced with a touch of quality oak. On the palate, the wine is plush and silky, with rich ripe berry flavours and text book earthy and savoury tannins. It's smooth and moreish, showing the qualities of a concentrated, high quality vintage.
This Pinot Noir is delicious right now, but it also has the balance and concentration to improve with 5 plus years in the cellar. It's the perfect wine to pair with a range of dishes, from roasted meats to hearty stews and even rich chocolate desserts.
At Luna Estate, they believe that wine is more than just a drink - it's a way of life. That's why they take such care in crafting each and every bottle, using only the finest ingredients and traditional winemaking techniques.
