Delighting the senses with an aromatic bouquet of apricots and white peaches, it boasts a subtle nuttiness complemented by zesty lemon curd and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it offers a pleasing texture highlighted by citrus notes and luscious stone fruits. The wine concludes with a refreshing finish, buoyed by crisp acidity. A portion of this vintage, 15%, luxuriated in seasoned French oak for six months, while the remainder matured in stainless steel on light lees, ensuring a harmonious balance of flavors and textures.
