Jose Cuervo Extra Anejo Reserva de la Familia Tequila is a celebration of a history that spans more than 200 year. The Cuervo family selects only the very best of their tequila. Aging them in a private cellar, in new American and French oak barrels recently charred to ensure its rich, mellow flavour and golden colour. 38% abv.

Reserva de la Familia Extra Anejo is the award-winning pinnacle of the Jose Cuervo family of tequilas. The finest 8-10 year old agaves are hand-selected, and only the most flavourful inner portion at the heart of the agave's is used to make this 100% Blue Agave Extra Anejo Tequila.

As part of ongoing support of Mexican culture, the Jose Cuervo family commissions a Mexico-based artist to design original artwork for the collectors box each year. This 2019 release features artwork by Jorge Pardo.

The art of hand-made tequila extends to Reserva de la Familia's packaging. Meticulous care is given to each and every bottle. The entire packaging process, from the application of the bottle labels, to the wax seal featuring the Cuervo family crest, is all done by hand. You'll find each bottle has bubbling in the glass.
