After time in the bottle, this blend of Pinot Gris and Muscat is drinking perfectly now. A tropical fruity wine with pineapple, dried apricots and clover honey.

HiHi Wines was founded in 2005 as a small boutique winery based out of Gisborne. They produce a variety of aromatic wines from Pinot Gris, Viognier and a really interesting sparkling Albarino as well as this blend of Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay, known as ‘Sweet As’.

50% Pinot Gris and 50% Muscat. Gisborne, New Zealand. 10.4% abv.
