There’s more to Gisborne white wine than Chardonnay. Hihi’s 2026 Albariño brings lively stonefruit aromas and a zesty lime palate to the table - a refreshing direction for anyone who enjoys a white wine with citrus and energy.
Hihi is the small Gisborne label Andy Nimmo established in 2005. His description of this release is simple: stonefruit on the nose, lime on the palate and plenty of freshness. That’s a useful starting point if you’re curious about Albariño and want to know what to expect in the glass.
