Harpoon Cold Brew Concentrate is like having espresso coffee readily available in a bottle. It's perfect for espresso martinis and other coffee forward cocktails. We use 100% Fair Trade Organic arabica coffee that has been roasted slightly darker than espresso. We cold extract to reduce the acidity and bitterness but brew at maximum concentration to preserve the intensity of espresso. Specially formulated to create a thick and foamy cream on top of your shaken cocktails.
