The decanting-thermometer has specially been designed for the measuring of the ideal serving temperature. It can be used in different decanter shapes and sizes. Either held by fingers at the top. Or with the semi-circled stainless steel holder the decanter will not be closed during the measurement so that the wine can still 'breathe'.
