Dal Vulcano Aglianico is a ruby red wine made in the north of the Basilicata region, a land characterised by a Mediterranean microclimate and a natural balance of temperature changes. It is crafted with the indigenous grapes of Aglianico, a varietal that grows in the Potenza area. This wine presents an interesting mixture of blackberry and red currant with rose, walnut, pine and smoke notes. The wine is ruby red with purple hues with intense aromas of blackberry and blueberry, driven by an interesting mixture of blackberry and red currant on the palate with notes of rose, walnut, pine and smoke. Dal Vulcano boasts a great collection of prizes and medals and is a wine with a distinctive character that reflects the unique terroir and grape variety of the Basilicata region.
