De Bortoli Dbfs Sparkling Nv
Trust your Taste
Fresh citrus and florals meet cream and bread-dough notes in this light-bodied Australian sparkling wine. Fine bubbles give it a creamy texture, with delicate acidity keeping the dry finish balanced. Try it with oysters or canapés for an easy aperitif.

How this wine feels
The body is light, but the bubbles add a soft, creamy feel. Citrus keeps the fruit fresh without a strongly sharp edge, and there is almost no drying grip. A little bread-like flavour adds interest to the finish.
The sliders show how strongly each characteristic comes through. Higher does not mean better.
How much presence and firmness the wine has in your mouth.
The drying, gripping feeling on your gums.
The fresh, mouth-watering edge of the wine.
Bitter, herbal or savoury character beyond the fruit.
How smooth and rounded the wine feels.
Ripe fruit character. This is not a sugar-sweetness rating.
Ripe fruit flavours can be present in dry wines. Sweet-Fruit Expression describes fruit character, not residual sugar.
