Dal Vulcano white and red wines wonderfully capture the essence of the warm southern regions of Italy. These wines get their unique freshness and flavour from the volcanic soils where the grapes grow. Made from native Fiano grapes grown in Campania, a region with unique basaltic tuff areas and thermal water sources, these wines benefit from the fertile volcanic soil. The Fiano grapes create a fresh and well-balanced wine featuring an unmistakable mineral taste, tropical fruit flavours, and a lasting quality.
Imagine a straw yellow wine with hints of honey and tropical fruit. It has a rich texture, and the flavours are elegant, including notes of hazelnuts, honey, spices, and tropical fruits like pineapple. There's also a noticeable mineral character that adds to its distinctive taste.
