A blend of ancient Fiano and aromatic Zibibbo, this wine is crafted by Giles Cooke MW with minimal handling for purity. Cool fermentation, gentle skin contact and ageing on lees give the wine texture without weight.

This is a modern Australian white: fragrant, zesty, dry and vibrant.
