Founded in 1844 by Pierre Quancard, Cheval Quancard is a family-owned wine producer and négociant based in Bordeaux. Over generations, the company has expanded its portfolio to include prestigious estates across various appellations, including Saint-Émilion and the Médoc. In 1985, the company rebranded from "Fils de Marcel Quancard" to "Cheval Quancard," and in 1998, it relocated its production facilities to Carbon-Blanc, just northeast of Bordeaux city. Today, Cheval Quancard continues to uphold its legacy of producing exceptional Bordeaux wines that reflect the rich heritage and diverse terroirs of the region.
