Cantina Di Monteforte Soave Classico Clivus is a captivating white wine from the Veneto region, crafted from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes. Grown in the volcanic soils of the hills of Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, these grapes are harvested at the end of September and gently pressed in early October. The must is then refrigerated, decanted, and fermented in steel tanks at 18°C, preserving its natural aromas and flavors.

The wine presents itself in a straw-yellow hue with green undertones, inviting you to explore its delicate bouquet. On the nose, you'll find subtle hints of hawthorn, elder, and violet, leading to a palate that is dry, well-bodied, and flavorful.
