Tenuta Ca'Bolani Prosecco Veneto DOC is a sparkling wine that captures the essence of the Glera grape, offering a delightful experience from the first sip to the last. The color is a bright, light straw yellow, accompanied by a persistent white foam with very fine perlage. On the nose, it's pleasantly fruity with a good aromatic intensity, evoking the scent of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples.

In the winemaking process, the estate's Glera grapes are softly pressed, and the must is kept at a chilly 0°C until it's ready for conversion into sparkling wine. This takes place in stainless steel pressurized tanks, following the traditional Charmat method. Winemaker Marco Rabino emphasizes that this extensive process is crucial for maximizing the wine's freshness and preserving the natural, delicate aromas of the Glera grapes. The result is a sparkling wine that's extremely harmonious and pleasant on the palate, with a hint of sweet almond that's characteristic of Prosecco grapes.

Served at a temperature of 5°-7°C, this Prosecco is excellent as an aperitif but versatile enough to accompany a whole meal of delicate dishes, right through to dessert. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., it strikes a perfect balance between lightness and flavor.
