Black Collar is a well-established New Zealand brand, crafting premium spirits since 2017. Located on the outskirts of Kerikeri in the Winterless North, they have a strong focus on rum production and are among the few New Zealand distilleries that handle the entire process in-house, from fermentation to distillation and aging in oak.
