A case of Old World meets New World in this exceptional joint venture between Australian winemaker Nerida Abbott and Laurent Delaunay from Burgundy. Drawn to the diverse terroirs of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, they have worked tirelessly to craft the finest expressions this region has to offer. Les Fleurs Sauvages (meaning "wildflowers") is a standout, made from Mourvèdre grapes sourced from select parcels in Pays d’Oc, in the South of France. The nose is slightly restrained at first, but with a swirl, the bouquet unfolds beautifully. Breathe deeply, and you'll uncover layers of red and black liquorice, black plums, green coffee beans, wild raspberries, complemented by notes of cedar and brown spices.
