The wine is fresh and vibrant in the mouth with a soft, mouthcoating texture balanced by refreshing acidity. Excellent persistence of flavour, and a lingering spicy finish, ensure the wine is satisfying either on its own, or partnered with a wide range of foods, particularly Asian-inspired dishes.
