How this wine feels
Ripe fruit is the main attraction, giving the wine a rounded, satisfying middle. Fine tannins add a little shape without a rugged grip. The oak stays in the background, leaving dark fruit and sweeter cherry notes to linger.

Destemmed fruit was mainly tank fermented, with about 10% fermented in new French oak.
