Prosper Maufoux Chablis is a fresh, supple wine with citrus, fleshy fruit, and floral aromas, complemented by an elegant, mineral finish with saline notes. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, seafood, fish, white meat, and sushi. With aging potential of 3-7 years, it should be served at 10-12 °C, ideal with dishes like cod fillet with lemon sauce.
