Made with a philosophy that great wine should never be rushed, the Slow Press Chardonnay is a masterclass in balance, texture, and flavour. Sourced from certified sustainable vineyards in Monterey County, this 100% Chardonnay is gently pressed and fermented slowly at cool temperatures to preserve purity and amplify fruit expression.

Aged for 9 months in American oak, it delivers a full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel layered with tropical notes of white grapefruit and lychee, fresh apple and pear, and hints of toasted vanilla, oak, and white chocolate.

Dry and smooth, with bright acidity and a long, rounded finish, this is a California Chardonnay that rewards those who take their time to savour it.
