Rover, a brand made to bring two corners of the globe together in a bottle. Grapes taken from South Africa, with the eventual wine being refined in NZ – why not try something a bit different? The 2021 Pinot Gris is ripe and crisp, with notes of sweet red apple, honeysuckle, and a hint of ginger. Its medium bodied and weighty on the palate, making it a great match for aromatic foods like Pad Thai and flash fried squid. Rover also makes a big red blend, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc – mix and match a case and let us know your favourite!
