Description

Galliano Black Alla Sambuca is an Italian style liqueur with a distinctive tapered bottle and an intense aniseed flavour. You can serve it as a flaming shot, or add it to your espresso.

In the glass the liquid is squid ink black, with translucent blue to the edges. The taste is immediately of aniseed liqourice with deep complexity. It is hot and raw, but that quickly dissipates and leaves the palate coated in liquorice goodness mixed with floral notes and some casual floral oils. This is the quinessential Black Sambuca and it will create a desire to return for more, time after time.
