Description

Pinotage from South Africa, a great option as the days get warmer but the nights are still crisp. The grapes for the 2022 Four Cousins Pinotage were hand harvested from estate vineyards and then quickly transported to the winery where they were gently pressed, before the juice and skins were left to macerate for just under a week. There was a hint of oak used during fermentation and the resulting wine is fresh and fruity with a well-rounded, vanilla and spice finish. This is best served with an easy dinner of spaghetti bolognaise or any BBQ’d meats.

The Four Cousins Collection also includes a Merlot, Chardonnay, Cab Sauv, and a Chardonnay. Try one or try them all!
