Château De Sadran 2020 – While this area is known mostly for its sweet wines it also produces some great red blends, usually made from a mix of Merlot, Cab Sauv and Cab Franc. This one is ready to drink now, give it some time in the decanter before serving and enjoy!

Château Les Remparts du Carmel 2020 – Crafted with a focus on tradition and quality, this wine is a harmonious blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Château Saint Floran Cuvée Dominique 2019 - This wine reflects the exceptional terroir and tradition of the region, delivering a balanced and approachable profile. With its inviting flavors and smooth structure, it’s an ideal choice for both everyday enjoyment and special occasions.

Chai De Bordes 2021 - A dancing ruby red colour with a subtle nose layered with hints of whortleberry, prunes and dried fruits. Think notes of dried fruit, plum, cinnamon and clove. It’s done well with age but 30 minutes in the decanter wouldn’t hurt. Full-bodied and well textured on the palate, revealing the smooth character of the merlot towards the finish.

Chateau Blanchereau Côtes de Borg 2022 - Boasts an intense purple colour with an opulent nose of black fruits such as black cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry. The palate is an explosion of fresh and crunchy fruits, complemented by a lovely structure. This pleasant wine is an ideal companion for red meat dishes and cheese platters, making it a versatile choice for various dining experiences.
