The Wine
Elegant, savoury, and finely structured, this Martinborough Pinot Noir shows classic regional character. Bright plum and cherry flavours are layered with subtle notes of cedar, mocha, and spice. The palate is smooth and composed, with balance and restraint rather than overt sweetness or weight.
