Dolin Blanc Martini

2 ounces Portobello Road Navy Strength Gin

1.5 ounces Dolin Blanc Vermouth

Optional, (not essential): 4 - 6 drops of rose water, 4 dashes of Moroccan Bitters

Lemon peel for garnish

Directions

1. Using a bar spoon, stir everything with ice until well chilled and diluted in a mixing glass, usually vigorously for a solid 20 seconds or more.
2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
3. Squeeze the lemon peel above the glass to express the oils. Run the peel over the rim, and then throw it in your drink for good measure. Drink cold.
