COVID-19 Wine Central & NZ Couriers Update | Wine Central

We are open for business and shipping orders across NZ during the Level 3 Covid-19 Alert.
The government has allowed us to operate a contactless delivery service.
Here's the details from https://covid19.govt.nz/ -
‘Any entity involved in the supply, delivery, distribution and sale of food, beverage and other key consumer goods essential for maintaining the wellbeing of people. The online sale and contactless delivery of alcohol (including spirits) is permitted under the following conditions:
- The agreed quantity for spirits purchased must be no more than the customs/duty free allowance which is 3 bottles (or other containers) of spirits or liqueur (each bottle or container can hold a maximum of 1.125 litres) per order.’

A few points to note during this time -

Please allow for longer delivery times.

We are carefully working away in our warehouse, maintaining high hygiene standards and distancing, and this takes more time. The couriers are also working carefully; prioritising deliveries for pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, and other critical services so just hang tight. We send tracking updates and you can keep an eye on deliveries from there. If nothing shows on the tracking link you've been sent it means it’s still being packed so just give a day or two - it'll show!

Click and collect is available.

We are offering contactless click and collect from our Albany warehouse. Select 'I will pick up in store' on your cart page then you will be sent a confirmation when it's ready to collect.

You can collect from 19D Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland between 11am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Email or use our help desk.

We also ask that you please be patient with our team. We’re here to help you out but we’re a bit flat out so might not get to your query right away. Message our help desk, don’t call, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. We're working remotely so the phones aren't being manned.

And please enjoy your purchases responsibly.
