COVID-19 Wine Central & NZ Couriers Update
A few points to note during this time -
Please allow for longer delivery times.
We are carefully working away in our warehouse, maintaining high hygiene standards and distancing, and this takes more time. The couriers are also working carefully; prioritising deliveries for pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, and other critical services so just hang tight. We send tracking updates and you can keep an eye on deliveries from there. If nothing shows on the tracking link you've been sent it means it’s still being packed so just give a day or two - it'll show!
Click and collect is available.
We are offering contactless click and collect from our Albany warehouse. Select 'I will pick up in store' on your cart page then you will be sent a confirmation when it's ready to collect.
You can collect from 7b Cowley Place, Albany, Auckland between 11am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

We also ask that you please be patient with our team. We’re here to help you out but we’re a bit flat out so might not get to your query right away. Message our help desk, don’t call, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. We're working remotely so the phones aren't being manned.
