Central Italy

There are several different soil types and micro-climates in this area, but one thing remains the same: copious amounts of sunshine and plenty of rolling hills. This gives the wines a sun-drenched feel to them but with a vibrancy not typically found in warm, Mediterranean regions. Most of the wines you’ll see from this area, will be from Abruzzo and Tuscany – though if you come across the others do yourself a favour and grab a bottle!
