Te Mata Estate Syrah 2022

Indulge in the rich and complex flavours of Te Mata Estate Syrah 2022, a wine that combines the best of traditional winemaking techniques with modern sustainability practices. This family-owned winery has been producing exceptional wines for over a century, and their Syrah is no exception.

The winemakers at Te Mata Estate use a traditional winemaking process that involves adding a touch of Viognier to the Syrah, a technique that originated in France's Rhone Valley. This addition introduces a delightful floral aroma and supple texture to Syrah's spicy dark berry flavours, creating a wine that is both complex and approachable.

Te Mata Estate is committed to sustainability, using organic and biodynamic practices to ensure that their wines are not only delicious but also environmentally friendly. The winery's dedication to quality is evident in every sip of their Syrah, which boasts a rich, full-bodied flavour with notes of blackberry, black pepper, and a hint of vanilla.

This wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and hearty stews, making it the perfect addition to any meal. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just starting to explore the world of wine, Te Mata Estate Syrah 2021 is sure to impress.
