This isn't just a wine; it's your ticket to the sun-drenched landscapes of Provence, all captured in a bottle.

The Look and Scent: A Feast for the Eyes and Nose

First impressions matter, and this Rosé doesn't disappoint. Its pale pink hue is as inviting as a Provencal sunset. The aroma? Imagine a basket of freshly picked red fruits—raspberries, peaches, and a sprinkle of white blossoms. It's like a love letter from the French countryside to your senses.

The Flavor: A Symphony of Terroir

One sip and you'll be smitten. The terroir—oh, that's just a fancy word for the unique characteristics of the land where the grapes grow—shines through like a sunbeam. You'll taste the freshness and balance that only calcareous clay soil and an altitude of 250 meters can provide. And the finish? A mineral, saline touch that's as refreshing as a sea breeze.

The Blend: A Trio of Grapes

This Rosé is a harmonious blend of 55% Grenache, 27% Cinsault, and 15% Syrah. Each grape plays its part, like musicians in an orchestra. Harvested in the cool morning air and aged for three months on fine lees, this wine is a masterpiece of craftsmanship.

Food Pairing: Your Culinary Co-Pilot

Whether you're kicking off your evening with an aperitif or diving into a seafood feast, this Rosé is your perfect companion. Picture it: a platter of oysters, shrimp, and raw veggies, all elevated by a dip of black olive tapenade. It's a culinary match made in Provencal heaven.
