Tasting Notes: This white wine showcases a citric colour and an expressive nose filled with lime notes and fresh tropical aromas. On the palate, it is soft, accompanied by a refreshing and citric acidity that adds to its pleasing complexity.

Vineyard Location: The vineyards are located predominantly on the hillsides of Arruda dos Vinhos, providing an excellent environment for the growth and maturation of the grape varieties.

Vinification: The winemaking process involves pressing and clear fermentation of the juice at 12ºC in stainless steel tanks. This method helps to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of the grapes' flavours and aromas.

Food Pairing: It pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, fatty fish, fillets of swordfish, and white meats. Its vibrant flavours and refreshing acidity complement these dishes excellently.

Serving Temperature: To fully appreciate its aromatic complexity and balanced structure, it should be served at 12ºC.

Alcohol Content and Acidity: The wine has an alcohol content of 12%vol, total acidity of 6.1g/l, and a pH of 3.31. These attributes strike a perfect balance, making the wine both refreshing and satisfyingly complex.

Winemaker: The renowned winemaker Filipe Sevinate Pinto is behind the crafting of this exquisite wine. His expertise and dedication are reflected in its superior quality.
