Luca Bosio Langhe Favorita DOC 2020 (Italy) Favorita is a lesser-known white grape variety, mostly grown in the Piedmont region and the Langhe. Usually made as a ready-to-drink table wine, there have been some expressions made more recently with the ability to age, developing a minerality and integrated fruit flavour. Luca Bosio ferment their Favorita in steel before giving it time on its lees to enhance the complexity. Notes of citrus fruit and jasmine are most obvious. Drink now!
Van Loveren Chenin Blanc No.5 2023 (South Africa) A fantastic example of South African Chenin. It's aromatic, filled with fresh fruit like Nashi pear, tart green apples, and lemon, and it has a grippy palate, a result of post-fermentation lees contact.
Talamonti Moda Trebbiano 2021 (Italy) Light fruity white fresh wine. The wine has a light straw color with an aroma and taste of ripe apples and peaches, the taste is also complemented by a pleasant acidity. It is light, fresh, with a typical mild acidity in a medium-long finish.
Hihi "Alba" Oaked Albarino 2019 (Gisborne) This fresh and fruity wine is complimented by subtle oak. Mandarins and white nectarines. Harvested from George Reynold’s vineyard in Gisborne. Bronze Medal Winner NZ International Wine Show 2020.
Mucho Mas White (Spain) This vibrant blend of Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay grapes showcases a bright straw colour with greenish tints. It entices with complex peach, apricot, citrus, and subtle smokiness aromas. On the palate, enjoy rich tropical fruit flavours, nuanced vanilla, and perfectly balanced acidity.
Corvezzo Family Collection Ribolla Gialla 2020 (Italy) Ribolla Gialla has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The scent is frank, with notes of fresh flowers and pomegranate with citrus and green apple notes. In the mouth it is always fresh, delicate and persistent.
