or ExitThis wine shows lovely lemon and red apple notes with a hint of stonefruit and a subtle toasty character from the time on yeast lees. The palate is fresh yet smooth and elegant with a lovely acid balance. The stonefruit and beeswax characters will become more evident with a little bottle age
The majority of this wine was fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks with a small percentage (just 8%) fermented in old barriques. These assist with a little more complexity and texture, but none of the usual oak aromas and flavours. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation, turning the sharper malic acid into the softer lactic acid.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
