History
In 1975, Bernard Manera purchased the estate, and with the steadfast support of his wife, Martine, he embarked on a journey to revitalise the vineyard. Over the next 25 years, Bernard Manera transformed the estate through extensive restructuration, restoring over 70 hectares of vines spread across four communes, with an average vine age of 20 years. The diverse terroirs contribute to the complexity of the wines produced. In 2002, Bernard began bottling his wines, entrusting the marketing to his daughter, Mylène, who holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Viticulture and Œnology. His son, Marc, oversees production after earning his Professional Bac in Viticulture. That same year marked the beginning of a new vine-growing policy, culminating in 2004 with the farm achieving the "agriculture raisonnée" (sustainable agriculture) certification, overseen by Qualité France and recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Tasting Notes
Château Saint Floran Cuvée Dominique 2019 presents a colour with ruby reflections. The nose is dominated by fruit aromas, particularly blackberries and blackcurrant. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with well-balanced, silky tannins. The initial nose of black fruits carries through to a lingering finish, featuring notes of plum, blackberry, and clove, with subtle hints of tobacco and oak.
